This is an FIA sanctioned event and has to be regulated as such, it doesn't matter that this particular country's government doesn't enforce them, it is entirely on the shoulders of the FIA and they're liable for everything that happens at their events.
It’s weird that in 2017 they didn’t have enough cameras to follow every angle of a race. I get that they need camera operators, but they should have unmanned fixed position cameras too.
