20.08.2023I remember all but 5 of all the games. It's strange some of the games I remember by the moment of the game rather than the look of the game 🎯

15.08.2023How are you going to have a top 25 80s arcade and NOT have Super Mario Bros. on it?
Maurizio Gammino
15.08.2023there were so many damn good games in those years, that one should do a top 25 for each year !!! And sooner or later I will do it !!! 😍
Gavin Byrne
15.08.2023Our local pub had most of these games over the years. With juke and pool table… Gang of the lads. Plenty of piss taking and serious competitive pool. Best Saturdays of my life

15.08.2023Dig dug and wonder boy are easily on my top 5, Gauntlet was revolutionary as a 4 player co-op game.
You don't even mention Xevious, Super Mario bros and Bomb Jack, my #3, 2 and 1 game ever.
Most of my top 10 aren't even mentioned. Games like Spy Hunter, 1942, Rally X, Elevator Action, Track and Field.
And how can you mention Pac man, and not PONG. What about Tetris…

15.08.2023Some great choices here and undoubtedly classics, but one arcade game you didn't mention that I loved was the arcade game of the movie Willow. It had a great power-up system and natural controls, as well as a fantastic soundtrack. The Star Wars arcade game should've had at least an honourable mention too. Ghosts 'n' Goblins over Ghouls 'n' Ghosts as well.

15.08.2023Defender #1, Robotron 2084 #2, Stargate #3, Scramble #4, Gorf #5. All the rest of the games…. Meh…

15.08.2023Nice list! I’d add to the honorable mentions ones: 1942, Joust, Arkanoid, Star Wars (1983) and RoadBlasters. I could never figure out what Space Harrier was about btw 😂 was like After Burner but with a guy instead of a plane 😂 Edit: forgot to add to that list – Xevious, Tapper and Track & Field.

15.08.2023Came here like: "Bruh, if Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Chase HQ, and Operation Wolf ain't on that list…"
Had me nervous, for a sec, not seeing Pac-man, and delaying the reveal. Made it worth waiting though. Can't see a serious list without Pac-man!
